1. HOW TO DEVELOP SOFTWARE ON TARGET
Course duration: 1 Day
This practical course is designed to enable all software professionals to develop software on time, within the given budget and with the expected results.
The value of a structured engineering approach to software development is illustrated with practical examples. The attendees will leave the course motivated and with the confidence that they are able to develop quality software within the given deadline.

2. INTRODUCTION TO SYSTEMS ENGINEERING
Course duration:  1 Day
This is an introductory course offered in Classical Systems Engineering and focuses on the life cycle of a project. The cycle is demonstrated with an analysis, design and specification for each phase.
It is emphasized that a structured System Development approach must be followed in all complex projects, and the importance thereof is clearly demonstrated.

3. INTRODUCTION TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Course duration: 1 Day
This is an introductory course in Project Management with the focus on software development.
The course focuses on how to manage time and how to calculate pricing and performance management. The course teaches you how to balance conflicting criteria. Further focus is given to how a project manager should measure and control actions, as well as how to rectify actions. The course shows how important it is to interact with system engineers and finally how to reach your deadlines.

4. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Course duration: 1 Day
Criteria: Introduction to Project Management is a prerequisite for this course (It may also be combined with Software Development Management.)
This course will equip the development manager of a software team with all the management skills needed.
The course focuses on management issues such as time management, self management, how to manage teams and inspire people to work together. We address conflict handling, how to motivate developers and how to get results.
We introduce the principles of improved basic communication and chair person skills. The course also addresses the manner in which a manager should approach and negotiate with clients, end users and supervisors to create the perfect ambiance to get the job done successfully.

5. INTRODUCTION TO C++
Course duration: 2 Days
Criteria: Attendees should have a basic programming background in another language.
This is an introductory course where a number of exercises are carried out. A number of object oriented concepts in C++ are discussed in combination with samples, using Microsoft Visual Studio.Net
